DXS1528 Impeller Bucket Wheel Wind Wheel Type Sand Washer

During operation, the wheel sand washer's motor drives the impeller to rotate slowly through the coordinated action of V-belts, a reducer, and gears. Sand and gravel enter the washing tank from the feed chute, where they are tumbled and mutually ground under the impeller's motion, removing impurities covering their surfaces while achieving preliminary separation and dewatering from water. Additionally, water is added during operation to create a swirling current that carries away impurities and lightweight foreign materials, which are discharged from the overflow outlet of the washing tank, completing a full cleaning cycle. The cleaned sand and gravel are carried away by the rotating impeller of the wheel sand washer and finally poured into the discharge chute from the rotating impeller, completing the washing and retrieval process.
